Bunmi Amosu React To Goodluck Jonathan’s ‘All Talk, No Action’ Speech At Oxford

This is what one of the concerned citizens of this nation posted as his reaction over the speech given by former Nigerian president, Goodluck Ebele Jonathan at Oxford University.

“Just watched GEJ give a speech at Oxford University, UK. I love that he reeled out to his audience what he was able to do as president but as with all of our leaders, there were no empirical figures/evidences to show how many young people his YouWin and other programmes engaged and the multiplier effect it has had on employment.



It was all talk, talk and talk of ”we did, did and did. Where are the numbers? And why Oxford? What happened to UI, OAU, UNILAG, Ife and LASU? Let’s even forget those old ones, how about the 12 new universities he built? None of them was good enough to host the interaction ni?

All the three US presidential debates held at universities. That’s how much they value their institutions. We love to think Oyinbo man sends us.

Alagba PMB will finish his own term too in 2019 and come and be telling stories of ‘we did and did’. Meanwhile, the reality will show something else. We are watching.
