Bad News! Nollywood Actress, Genevieve Is Dead!

This is not a good news for the industry to welcome the new month of May with. In recent times, news of death in Nollywood has been happening often. A couple of weeks back the industry lost some talents that put the industry in sobriety. As you are reading this, another fast-rising Nollywood actress, Genevieve Nene, has died and it’s indeed an ugly tale.

The death of the beautiful Genevieve was made known by a well-known film director and scriptwriter, Ike Nnaebue on Wednesday. Nnaebue took to his Instagram account: Ike Nnaebue Flo (Onwa mba-uwa) @ikennaebue, to announce the passing away of the up and coming actress.

Genevieve reportedly died on Tuesday in Lagos state after a brief illness. It will be recalled that six days ago, the ‘Hottest Strippers’ thespian had shared on her Instagram account @genevievenene that she was very sick and prayed for God to heal her but it’s like not many people too that seriously as the goddess just gave up the ghost.
