CCT Rejects Bukola Saraki’s Application For Adjournment

Luck and charms that once worked for the two-term governor of Kwara State and the present Senate President of Nigeria, Dr.  Bukola Saraki might have gone out of extinction owing to what happened at the CCT today.

We gathered that Dr. Bukola Saraki and his supporters, mostly Senators and political cronies from Kwara State appeared at the Code of Conduct Tribunal today but were all shocked when the agency rejected the application for adjournment filed by Saraki’s lawyers as trial commences

Umar had fixed today as trial date after dismissing the objection raised by Saraki’s lead lawyer, Kanu Agabi, a former justice minister and attorney-general.
