He was alleged to have asked one of the girls to marry him as he hid his marital status from her. The ladies took to Facebook to expose the cheater after they alleged he duped them.
One of the women identified as Lydia Chidiebere Idam wrote long narrative bashing Asuquo for his deception. How he frequented her house to fulfill his needs and collect money from her. She also revealed screenshots of their chats as they have been in a relationship for a long period of time. Asuquo initially denied, but was overwhelmed by the revelation of different women he had allegedly duped.
Asuquo exposed
Writing a long post, Natalie Ewaen, said Asuquo not only dated several women, but duped them as well.
Ewaen wrote: “Let me tell you my story. I dated one guy who also doubles as a family friend; we kinda grew up together. While we were in the relationship, bros was planning a wedding to an ex he denied vehemently. Because we were in different countries, it was very convenient. Smh.
I thought I went through betrayal, but that’s nothing compared to the new trend on social media. MARRIED MEN POSING AS SINGLE MEN and not ending there, THEY ARE ACTUALLY PROPOSING TO THE WOMEN THEY’RE IN A RELATIONSHIP WITH.
The evil some of you do amazes satan!!! Like the case of this man Iniabasi Bassey Asuquo. He actually dates multiple women at the same time, visits them in their different locations, goes down on one knee and pops the question, duped some very unfortunate ones and then moves onto the next girl.
Is this a generational curse or something? You people should help me answer? What kind of wickedness will make a man go around denying his wife and children, and proposing to different women across Nigeria?
Mr Iniabasi, your game is up! You and the many men who troll women on social media, doing the work of Satan. You are not worthy enough to have a family, people like you should be dumped in a psychiatric home and not allowed visitors till the day they die. I hate callous, conscienceless people. I detest deceit with all my life. Tell me you’re married let me choose to date you “at owner’s risk”.

Women be careful, there are many devils on Social media. Sometime you cannot do enough research, some dudes are very smart as they even allow you visit or stay with them for sometime. Asuquo finally apologies
After it became obvious that he has been caught in his own game, Asuquo issued an apology saying: “Enough has been said yesterday and today about me. But then, we are humans and we make mistakes, learn from it and then move on.
To my family members and friends who felt humiliated by this, I tender an unreserved apology.
Yes, there was an affair, a mutual one at that, which I have not denied. I read somewhere where they said it is 18+ ladies. Well, I don’t know where the poster got that from but that is not the issue now.
As for the fraud allegations by these ladies (Lydia Chidiebere and Preye Clever), let me state it here that it did not happen and I need them to clarify the public about that by putting up a post to that within 24hrs from when this post was made because it is a very serious allegation.
I understand that the backlash am receiving is because I broke up when I realised that what I was doing was wrong. I apologize for that.
I have learnt my lessons, this has also given me an opportunity to know some of those I call my friends and this won’t repeat itself again.
Mind the kind of friends you keep. Be careful of who you call your friends, I am not saying you should not have friends but evaluate them properly.
Thanks to those of you who called, sent messages suggesting on how to put an end to this. Your calls and messages kept me strong. I appreciate you all. This is the time to move on. I have also forgiven all those who made or said who also came up with stories that are not true just to make sure they follow the trend. I appreciate everyone here and hope you guys out there will learn from it.

The story is still trending on social media as women have been advised to take precautions when dealing with people on social media to avoid falling victim to scammers.
